Life happens, sometimes you change banks, open a new account, or simply need to update your personal details. Keeping your information up to date ensures your payments run smoothly and without any interruptions.
Updating your banking details or debit order information is quick and secure. We’ve built in a few extra steps to protect your account, but don’t worry — the process is simple:
- Go to the Support tab – this is where you’ll find everything you need.
- Open the Help Centre and log a request stating that you’d like to update your banking information.
- Upload proof of your new account – either a stamped bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement (not older than 3 months).
- Our team will verify your details and process the update.
Once submitted, your new banking information will reflect within 24–48 hours.
💡 Pro tip: If a payment has already failed while your details were out of date, don’t stress. Once your information is updated, simply go to the Payments tab and hit the “Retry Payment” button.
